Vibrations Global
Particular care is taken in trend analysis to provide information on bearing defects and overall vibrations of control harnesses.
The measurements are carried out :
- in Horizontal, Vertical, and Axial (spectral measurements)
- on landings, footings and foundations (anchoring)
- on gearboxes and motors
The values collected must imperatively be analyzed in relation to the wear values, the deformations of the gear profiles and the temperature readings on the bearings and teeth. Indeed, the sole measurement of the level of vibration does not make it possible to know the level of wear of the gears. It is only the result of other problems. We regularly encounter situations where an intervention is necessary despite a low level of vibration.
Temperature / Thermography
We carry out temperature and/or thermography readings on the control harnesses, in order to detect range deviations while running, but also on the bearings, in order to detect wear defects, the absence of taper (lubrication) and short-term risks.

Strobe control
This method focuses on the observation of gears or any rotating equipment that is safely accessible.
Visual analysis can confirm temperature readings highlighting misalignment due to bearing wear. Many cases of tooth breakage are explained by poor anticipation of wear on guide elements.
This type of measurement contributes to the development of true predictive analytics.
