- Replacing hoops and wedging tyres
- Repairing cracks on shell and crusher bottom
Surfacing by welding
NOVEXA offers its skills in the necessary cases of the following reloadings :
- Fissure en pied de dent sur engrenages
- Rupture de dent sur engrenages et ce quelque soit la dureté jusqu’à 60 HRc
Methodology : preheating 150°C max, regular bleeding, Inconel PERMA rod, preheating if Arcair. Reworking of teeth according to NOVEXA procedure, precision 0.1 mm
- Breakage or cracks on tires and rollers
- All types of cracks or breaks on crown junctions, roller sidewalls, rims, miscellaneous.
- Recovery of cracks on shrouds and shredder bottoms
There is no fatality in gears. One or more broken teeth can berepaired durably.
Replacement of hoops and wedge welds
Our teams are trained for complete repairs on rotating tubes:
- Installation of basic rods, steel, stainless steel, inconel
- Use of baguette or semi-automatic processes
- Supply of hoops, stops, wedges
- Play and geometric deformation.

Our references are numerous for rework on shredder shells and bottoms. The procedures applied are very strict to limit or even avoid geometric deformations.
