Bearing scraping

NOVEXA has developed a fast and efficient on-site scraping technique with portable equipment. While a carrier bearing scraping operation is carried out in 3 days using the usual techniques by hand,
NOVEXA can provide you with this service in 4 to 5 hours.

We offer our services on bearing scraping:

Preparation and installation of the cradle.

De-centering of the bearing and lifting
of the assembly using 2

A preliminary measurement has been made bearing

Our remains entry and exit respect the rules in force in the industry:

Draft of 2/1000 mm in diameter (inlet and outlet)
Range control with blue (1/7 on oven rollers, 1/5 on crusher bearings)
The remains depend on the position of the pinion (lifter or reel)

We supervise the services of level measurement (even theodolite if axis measurements), lifting of the crusher, dismantling and reassembly of the bearings, verification of the condition of the expansion rollers on the free bearing and of the temperature probes and finally advice on the lubrication circuit.

NOVEXA can provide the appropriate cradle and shims for upgrading a rotating tube.

Finally, as part of the training program, we offer a transfer of skills on scratching and spoils for this very technical activity.
