Machining on site remains our priority. On the other hand, excessive wear sometimes requires replacement. The remaining thickness values, or even breakage, give indications as to the options for machining on site or refurbishment by workshop production.

The preparation

• Use of software for calculating and plotting gears, KISSOFT/CADOR
• A machining workshop located in St Laurent de Mure
• The systematic production of Novexa plans for validation (plans then transmitted)
• Supply of associated templates and monitoring programs available on www.novexa.com
• Dimensioning of gears (dimensioning and service life) and reducers

Gears and tires (mechanically welded, forged, rolled or cast)

• Pinion and crown (straight and helical toothing)
• Shaft pinion, or single pinion mounted on a shaft (key, definition of tightening clearances)
• Re-machining in workshop of worn pinion and crown, shipping of parts to St Laurent de Mure
• Cutting with straight, helical, chevron, internal/external teeth
• Rollers and bandages (diameter 4000 mm max)
• Shafts, rings, parts on plans

Reducers

• Repair of gearboxes, disassembly, manufacture of broken parts and reassembly
• Replacing defective bearings and adjusting play
• Cutting with straight, helical, chevron, conical, spiconic, S-shaped teeth
• Crankcase renovation or supply

Quality and metrology

We ensure the production of quality certificates on request :

• Material and magnetic particle or ultrasonic inspection certificate
• Calculation note
• Dimensional Control (Using Three-Dimensional Machines)
• Certificate in case of surface treatment (carburizing, induction etc.)
