- Control templates to measure wear and quantify profile deformation and the wear rate to within 0.05 mm per year
- The sheets that allowed the machining of the tools
- An explanatory sheet for use and calculation
- Dedicated software for data entry and the establishment of a tracking sheet.
In order to make your templates, we need the following data:
- Module
- pressure angle
- Number of pinion and crown teeth
- Outer diameters pinion and crown
- Pinion and crown widths
- Helix angle (right or left helix on pinion)
These templates are real anticipatory tools. They combine perfectly with the reduction of maintenance expenses thanks to better estimation and anticipation of wear.
