Our machining operations are carried out :
- On site, without dismantling and with 15 years of experience at your service
- Possibility of work in production, depending on rotation speed
- Machining with a grinding wheel, band or tool depending on the case
- Possibility to use a template if necessary
- Machining guarantee on flatness and diameter deviations
All our skills and energies are mobilized in order to achieve the best machining with respect for the fixed tolerances.
Geometric qualities are essential to perform theodolite measurements followed by the appropriate adjustments.
We apply our knowledge of gears to frame the adjustments of the tubes without dissociating them from the tooth bottom adjustment values, beat play and distribution of staves.
Strip machining
Band machining represents 80% of our machining, the use of ceramic belt allows us to intervene faster.
Machining large diameter rollers
The use of tool machining depends on the scroll speed and the rotational speed.
High speed roller machining
In the case of very high rotational speeds (greater than 50 meters/minute), only tool machining is possible.
Side machining
We can work on any type of equipment. Our machines allow the machining of tire sidewalls and stops (in production).
