Shimming of rotative equipment

Within this specialty, we define :

• Fundation leveling and shimmings corresponding to deviations
• Diameters of rollers and necessary shimming values to offset deviations on the axis levels
• Roller adjustment destined to balance the tube and thus avoid excessive pressure on the stop
• If need be, necessary modifications are made on gear adjustments (tooth thickness backlash and operating center distance backlash)

We are able to supply :

• Shims, calculated theodolic measuring
• Hydraulic jacks for upheaval
• Specifically trained workforce
• Saddle-bed support (externalized)
