Our company would not exist without a strong focus on security.

In ten years, Novexa has never caused any accidents on site including work stoppages.
We have taken several measures to ensure security for every intervention :

• Set up of a procedure catalogue concerning security obligations on-site
• Appointment of a security coordinator
• Elaboration of an information form concerning every incident
• Systematization of risk analysis before every project start
• Consideration of individual security specificities

Our equipment and protective measures are subject to regular controls and updates taking into account latest technologic developments.

Mase Certification

In order to undermine our concern for absolute security, we are currently undergoing Mase certification.

MASE is a management system whose objective is a permanent and continuous improvement of company performances regarding security, health and environment.

This industrial system is aiming at :

• Improving security via a management system tailored to the company
• Improving management and communication by enhancing intervention conditions for employees
• Setting up a joint language in order to progress together

Novexa has always been an expert in managing wear speed. As a privileged partner in the industry, Novexa disposes of a long record of interventions regarding wear of gear, reprofiling, consulting and audit.

As of today, Novexa has developed its service range even further : our unique know-how applies to the wear of tires, alignment control measures and linked services ( bearing scrapping, welding repair etc.) as well.
