An extension of our activity in the area of tires

The company EUROSITE Usinage has been integrated into the Novexa group in 2008 to develop our competences in general management of rotative equipment.

Being present from 1981 to 1999 in the area of machining of seal patterns on tubing flanges with a diameter 1 and 42 or heat exchangers until a diameter of 5000 mm, the company has oriented its activities towards on-site machining of all kinds of tires from 1995 to 2008.

All of Novexas activities in the area of tires are currently developed around different types of rotative equipment; which are working on tires or rollers (with or without friction).

Our group can provide you with its know-how in the following areas of expertise :

• Preliminary inspection destined to measure hardness, steepness until 0.01°, flatness, diameter gaps (conicity) and general damages
• On-site machining with regularly optimized material
• Guarantee of machining on flatness and diameter gaps
• Geometrical control and definition of shimming standards through the theodolite LEICA method
• Shimming of rotative equipment with our technical experts and equipment (supply of a saddle-bed support according to your needs)

Our machining interventions are carried out as follows :

• On-site, without dismantling
• Possibility of intervention whithout halting production, following rotation speed
• Grinding tool machining, disk grinding machining, cutting tool machining depending on the case
• Possibility of using a template if necessary
• Supply of strips, tapars and flanks stop

Geometrical quality is key to carry out theodolite measurements, followed by appropriate adjustments.
We apply our in-depth knowledge about gear in order to frame the adjustments of rotative equipment without separating the adjustment values, root clearance, backlash and load distribution.

Thus, Novexa offers you a complete service package concerning rotative equipment, integrating on-site re-maching of gear and tires, welding repair in case of fissures or material chipping, alignment controls and adjustment measures.
