Novexa's machining equipment
Our equipment is maintained after every intervention. Since several years, Novexa is developing a permanent technologic watch on the adaption of our equipment.
Small machine, used for remachining in sugar refineries, dehydration facilities, fertilizer and chemistry industries... An inverter of 55 kW is available in order to reduce runner speed levels.
Big machine, which is used for tires of large diameter and a width superior to 500 mm.
Control of diameters in production. We use a scroll wheel system which is directly set up on our equipment.

DISK GRINDING MACHINING
Disk grinding machining on all types of tires, including small and large diameters if linear running speed levels are not exceeding 7 mm/meter. The use of rubber bumpers on our machinery assures the work on facets, flat on junction and ovalization defects.

The machining can be considered by disk grinding machining or cutting tool machining depending on the linear running speed levels.

GRINDING TOOL MACHINING AND CUTTING TOOL MACHINING
The choice of this type of machining depends on the lifting of material and the linear running speed.
Disk grinding machining can be considered on rollers and tires.
Cutting tool machining is only possible on rollers.
MACHINING OF ROLLERS OF LARGE DIAMETER
The use of cutting tool machining depends on the running speeds and rotation speed.
MACHINING OF HIGH-SPEED ROLLERS
In the case of very high rotation speed levels, only cutting tool machining is conceivable.
MACHINING OF FLANKS
We are able to intervene on all types of equipment. Our machinery enables us to carry out mashining of tapars and flank attachments.
The tool is set up on an actuator.
Regarding intervention quality, on-site machining can be compared to machining in our machine shop. Diameter gaps between right and left edges need to be inferior to 1/1000 (width) mm on diameter.
Grinding tool machining on kiln rollers. This technique is less used because of speed constraints and wear of the grinding tool.
